By creating an account or using Run the Slots, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

Run the Slots provides informational guides, calculators, and tools related to advantage play on slot machines. The information is provided for educational purposes. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcomes.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. All sales are final and strictly non-refundable. Because subscribers receive immediate access to proprietary advantage-play data (exact trigger values, walk-away rules, and machine photos) that cannot be returned once viewed, we do not offer refunds, credits, or free trials for any reason — including partial or unused billing periods. We provide a free Buffalo Link guide and free calculator tools so you can fully evaluate our content before purchasing. By completing checkout you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period; you may cancel anytime from your account page, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period (no partial-period refunds). Initiating a chargeback for content already delivered is a breach of these terms.

Acceptable Use

You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share subscriber-only content (including when-to-play triggers, where to look photos, and when-to-walk-away rules). Your account is for personal use only. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your Data, and the AI Features

Two features send what you give them to outside AI providers, because that is how they work. A photo you take with the machine scanner is sent to Google's Gemini vision service to be read, and a message you send to Floor is sent to our language-model provider to be answered. Do not submit anything through either one that you would not want leaving our systems, and do not upload photographs of other people.

Floor is an AI assistant. It can be wrong, and nothing it says overrides a guide, these terms, or your own judgement at the machine.

We also record how the site is used, including session replays of clicks and scrolling. Our Privacy Policy sets out everything we collect, who receives it, how long it is kept, and how to switch the recording off or have your data deleted.
