How do I cancel?+
Open Account and choose “Manage or Cancel Trial” or “Manage or Cancel Subscription”. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Lifetime is one payment with no renewal.
Are payments refundable?+

What can I use for free?+
The complete Buffalo Link guide and the Must-Hit-By calculator are free. You can browse the guide catalog before choosing a plan. A free account is separate from a paid membership.
Does a qualifying machine guarantee a win?+

What changes between full-access plans?+
