Scanner help

The scanner looks for the machine name and visible game state, such as a counter, collected symbols or a progressive meter. It compares what it can read with the guide for that specific machine. Check the identified game and reading against the cabinet before using the result.

Choose the machine when you know its name

Selecting the game skips automatic identification and lets the scanner focus on its visible state. Match the full title, including the version, to the machine in front of you.

How to take the shot

• The whole cabinet

  Title strip at the top, the screen, and the panels above and below it.

• Close enough to read

  Move close enough to read the screen clearly. Keep the whole screen in the photo.

• Glare off the glass

  Stand a step to one side — ceiling lights bounce straight back at you.

• Steady for a beat

  Rest your hand on the cabinet. A smeared screen reads as nothing at all.

A screenshot of a photo you already took is fine.

What it will not do

An unclear counter, missing game name or unsupported machine may need another photo or a manual check. A scan describes the visible state in that photo; it cannot confirm conditions outside the frame, historical floor inventory or a future payout.
